So, my research proposal was rejected at my boards last week, so I have to rework and resubmit that. But I've read another book that suggests that I'm not wrong in my thinking, just that I didn't represent myself very well...which is true, as I got so flustered that I couldn't properly form coherent sentences. Go me.
Anyway, picking up the pieces, and meeting with my supervisor tomorrow to go over said pieces. But I think I'll be okay. This really throws off my work schedule, though, as I'm trying to get this done before I visit home in July...and if I get it done/approved the second time around, I think I might rebook my ticket and go hang out in the Bay Area for a couple days before going up north. I've been getting a lot of work from National Geographic, so I should be able to afford it, no problem. Hopefully, we'll see.
Eurovision, a European song-writing contest, is amazing. Had a great time watching that over the weekend. I'll tell you more about it sometime.

I'm so sorry about your boards. Hope everything goes a billion times better this next time around. What do you do for National Geographic?
